　　When we two parted,
　　畴昔依依别
　　In silence and tears,
　　歌哭影空叠
　　Half broken-hearted,
　　坎壈独持节
　　To serve for years,
　　寂寞琴台榭

　　Pale grew thy cheek and cold,
　　春风文君鬓
　　Colder thy kiss,
　　秋雨空阶影
　　Truly that hour foretold,
　　凝情向谁语
　　Sorrow to this!
　　只道信无声。
　　The dew of the morning,
　　寒霜日夕侵
　　Suck chill or my brow
　　空蝉薤露吟
　　It felt like the warning
　　烟霏如有意
　　Of what I feel now.
　　此际雨霖铃
　　Thy cows are all broken,
　　谩拟抱柱信
　　And light is thy fame;
　　讵堪流俗轻
　　I hear thy name spoken,
　　狂歌招隐士
　　And share in its shame.
　　风华为谁雄
　　They name thee before me,
　　簪花笺心字
　　A knell to mine ear;
　　如梦顾太清
　　A shudder comes O’er me
　　含愁丁香结
　　Why wert thou so dear
　　依稀梦魂影

　　Long, Long shall I rue thee
　　铭感死社稷
　　Too deeply to tell.
　　千载垂幽衷
　　In secret we met-

　　In silence I grieve
　　今夕儒冠误
　　That thy heart could forget,
　　广陵绝遗声

　　Thy spirit deceive.

　　If I should meet thee
　　After long years,
　　How should I greet thee
　　With silence and tears.
　　纨扇为明絜
　　谩赢薄幸名
　　他年回首望
　　悲欢两难成
