19、湖底

　　Today two TV program-making companies have a cooperation. One is from the USA, one is Russia. The program will be broadcast, the Americans and the Russians can see at the same time. Of course, in Russia it begins in the daytime, in America it begins at night. All these belong to the actor Nolan.
　　A month ago, Nolan said he guesses there should be good stuff at the bottom of Lake Baikal. They should try to have a search. Unfortunately, the words were heard by the actor Nolan. Then he said he has very good friends in Russia. And he even contacted his friends immediately. At last, the people from two countries determined to have a TV program.
　　From preparing to washing the antiques, all will be recorded. And the broadcast will also last until the antiques be sent to the museums. Nolan had to agree them at a very low price. If didn't, they could do without them. Of course, what nolan really wants is the Artifact fragment.
　　This time they doesn't go down to look first, because the program producer says it's not important. Even though there's no antiques at the bottom, the TV program will be seen by enough people. 　　Then they begins broadcast the scenery under the water, following Nolan them, deeper and deeper. To attract more people watching, they even cut down the signal for a few seconds to make more mysterious. They havn't reach to the bottom, but it has been very beautiful. These strange fishes, plants and stones are all special to audiences. Then almost the bottom, they find something that apparently was made by people.
　　First time, they don't begin digging, just record. Before they dig, they have to a system to protect the environment. You know the lake Baikal is so beautiful, nobody can destroy it even for the ancient culture.
　　The argument about whether to go on is also broadcast. Many people are watching, even they begin to argue in the Internet. People's interests are different, no matter what, there will be people watching.
　　One day and one night past, they begin the second search. This time, Nolan needs to dig a piece of wood up, but only one piece, can't more. This is a compromise result. After dig one, to research the influence, then to determine how to do next. After all, digging isn't important, the program is. Of course, the environment is important, too.
　　But Nolan has lost interest to these, this time he has determine to take the Artifact fragment away. It is about in the middle. As a result, while he was digging a box, the signal is disappear. None can see him except for the camera following him. However, a big aquatic organisms comes out, eats the camera, swims after them. Finally Nolan and the photographer escape, and the camera is lost on doubt.
　　The broadcast about digging has to stop, but the broadcast about mysterious creatures is go on. It doesn't matter to Nolan them. They are preparing to go home.
　　"You did that." The actor nolan asks nolan.
　　"It's too boring and we had disturbed the creatures too long. we should leave." Nolan doesn't lie, of course.
　　"Huh…OK. Let me deal with it."
　　Then, at tonight, the broadcast is over. The producer doesn't explain to the audiences, but more and more people begin discussing this. Nolan says the producer is always smart.
