Abstract With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people\'s living standards, fresh food has become an indispensable part of people\'s diet. The continuous growth of material wealth has made people extremely demanding on food, and in this context, the transportation of fresh food has become a top priority. Fresh food has the characteristics of being difficult to transport, perishable and difficult to preserve. Therefore, cold chain logistics plays a decisive role in the transportation of fresh food. However, most cold chain logistics companies have problems such as unreasonable distribution routes, under the premise of the state\'s vigorous support for the transportation of agricultural products and the development of fresh food transportation, reducing the distribution cost of cold chain logistics and transportation and improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics and transportation have become the hot spots studied by many companies. In this paper, taking the distribution path optimization of Hema Fresh Cold Chain Logistics Company as the research object, combined with the market status of fresh agricultural products and the current situation of cold chain logistics distribution and the distribution status of Hema Fresh Cold Chain Logistics Company, this paper puts forward the various problems existing in Hema Fresh Cold Chain Logistics Company, and optimizes the distribution path of Hema Fresh Cold Chain Logistics through the shortest path optimization method, and takes the distribution path optimization of Hema Fresh Cold Chain Logistics Company as an example for other cold chain logistics companies.
